Before you enroll

Federal credit-repair law requires specific disclosures and a written contract where applicable. A website summary does not replace the notices, agreement or cancellation form you must receive. Request and retain copies before enrolling.

Payment and cancellation

CROA prohibits charging or receiving payment before agreed services are fully performed and protects cancellation without penalty before midnight of the third business day after signing a contract. Where the Telemarketing Sales Rule applies, stricter payment restrictions may apply: promised timeframes must have elapsed and you must receive a credit report issued more than six months after the promised results were achieved, demonstrating those results. Using this website does not waive these rights.

Information you can dispute

You can dispute inaccurate or incomplete information for free with credit reporting companies and information furnishers. No one can legitimately promise to remove accurate, current negative information simply because it hurts your credit. Do not submit false statements or false identity-theft reports.
